The Creators

Natalie Niksa is the cofounder of Napa Valley’s acclaimed La Saison. The La Saison team is made up of four creative professionals – each a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Their combined experience includes working alongside world’s leading Chefs including The French Laundry (Thomas Keller), Eleven Madison Park (Daniel Humm), Food & Wine Magazine (Jacque Pepin).
