During the session, your team will craft and decorate a beautiful moss wreath, perfect for celebrating the season. Teamraderie will provide everything you need, including a kit with a wooden ring, moss, and all the necessary tools and accessories. While the instructions are the same, you’ll discover that each wreath reflects the individuality and personal style of its creator.

Kate Odegard is a consumer psychologist and experience strategist with a passion for creating meaningful connections through storytelling and immersive experiences. She studied psychology and honed her craft in improvisation at Chicago’s Second City, where she embraced the transformative 'Yes, And...' approach. Kate brings her expertise to help teams and brands craft memorable, engaging experiences that inspire collaboration and creativity.

Jeremy DiAsio has a passion for bringing people together. As the Teamraderie Experience and Creator Development Manager, he is our lead facilitator and trainer. Jeremy has helped thousands of teams bond, connect, and grow with his unique perspective rooted in his extensive experience. Previously, Jeremy spent more than twenty years in the hospitality industry, taking on roles ranging from barista to assistant general manager at one of Washington, DC’s top restaurants and everything in between.
