Discover the stories only you can tell—and learn how to use them to inspire, influence, and connect. Led by bestselling author, master storyteller, and Moth GrandSLAM Champion Matthew Dicks, this interactive experience helps your team uncover the power of personal narrative and apply it to real-world business challenges. You’ll begin with a creative, energizing exercise that surfaces meaningful memories—stories you may have forgotten or never recognized as impactful. Through a series of guided prompts, you’ll uncover personal experiences that reveal values, insights, and moments that shape who you are. Then, through hands-on practice and live feedback, you’ll learn how to craft and share these stories to elevate a pitch, persuade a client, or motivate a colleague. You’ll explore a practical framework—Theme, Meaning, and Message—and gain a technique called Speaking Through Adjacency to help choose the right story for the right moment. This experience is not just about storytelling—it’s about learning to speak with purpose, create emotional connection, and lead with authenticity. You'll leave with real stories, tangible strategies, and renewed confidence in your voice.
