How can you set a team up to be responsive, dynamic, and resilient?

Led by a Stanford Professor, this experience establishes positive team norms through an evidence-based game. During the experience, your team is led in what Stanford researchers call a “Pre-Victorem” – an exercise where you imagine having already succeeded and reflect on the changes you made to ensure this happened. Using a virtual whiteboard provided by Teamraderie, you will learn to make adjustments faster and more intentionally.

According to MIT/Sloan Review, the “Pre-Victorem” leads to teams pre-emptively surface issues/challenges and subsequently show superior skills in adaptation and resilience.

Don’t miss this opportunity to improve performance, setting up your team to become more successful together.
