What to expect during the experience?
Your Stanford host will guide your team through a series of high-impact exercises using Stanford d.school’s design thinking framework to help generate, build upon, and refine ideas more effectively.
Through a blend of individual and group activities, utilizing a virtual whiteboard, your team will learn how to separate idea generation from evaluation, break through creative blocks, and maintain momentum throughout the innovation process.

Dr. Kathryn Velcich (formerly Segovia) has been the Head of Learning Experience Design, Executive Education at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford for more than 11 years. Dr. Segovia holds a Bachelors, Masters and PhD from Stanford University. She loves seeing renewed excitement and optimism in the eyes of others and is an expert in helping teams flex their creativity and innovation muscles to address complicated, long-standing challenges with a new set of design thinking tools.
