As Teamraderie's Senior Manager of Experience and Creator Development, Jeremy serves as our lead facilitator, trainer, and architect of engagement. He has helped thousands of teams bond, communicate, and grow by blending his extensive hospitality background with cutting-edge team science and facilitation techniques. Prior to Teamraderie, Jeremy spent over twenty years in the hospitality industry, holding roles from barista to assistant general manager at one of Washington, D.C.'s top restaurants—an experience that refined his skills in leadership, service excellence, and human connection.

Kate Odegard is a consumer psychologist and experience strategist with a passion for creating meaningful connections through storytelling and immersive experiences. She studied psychology and honed her craft in improvisation at Chicago’s Second City, where she embraced the transformative 'Yes, And...' approach. Kate brings her expertise to help teams and brands craft memorable, engaging experiences that inspire collaboration and creativity.

Jared Karol is a social learning strategist, facilitator, and experience designer passionate about creating meaningful connections and fostering growth. With a focus on emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and storytelling, Jared helps teams build trust, align on purpose, and navigate personal and professional transformation. Outside of his work, Jared is a vinyl DJ, music curator, and community builder based in Oakland, California. Known for blending genres and creating unique vibes, he brings people together through the universal language of music. Whether leading conversations or spinning records, Jared’s mission is to inspire connection, growth, and collective harmony.
