Yuzu has a history of over 1200 years. While most yuzu is now grown and produced in Japan. Yuzu originated in China, made its way to Korea, then Japan, and now into your teams’ office. Learn about the history of these ingredients as you are transported to Japan.

Please note that all attendees located outside of the U.S. will receive the non-alcoholic version of the kit. This version includes all the same contents as the alcoholic version, but with a 200 ml bottle of Seedlip non-alcoholic distilled spirits. A sophisticated and delicious beverage that adds depth to each cocktail.

Jeremy DiAsio is a self-professed food and beverage nerd and a hospitality professional with multi-decade experience ranging from chef to barista to server to sommelier to assistant general manager. After culinary school, Jeremy owned a spice company before moving to Washington, DC and taking the restaurant industry by storm. Jeremy’s passion lies in bringing people together through the world of food and beverage. He loves sharing the extensive knowledge he obtained through his diverse food and beverage experience.
