Your Team's Experience

Want your new team to feel comfortable, secure and trusting? Nothing could be more important.

We hire people with the expectation they will bring fresh ideas and offer new direction. But onboarding leaves them cautiously looking to others to understand how to behave.

Stanford University’s Dr. Kathryn Segovia joins you live to lead three games designed to create psychological safety, promote trust and leave your expanded team in a position to innovate together.

This Experience brings the best of academic research to your new hire process.
