Led by a wellness expert, this experience is designed to enhance well-being through an interactive and creative shared activity. During the session, your team will build their own personal gardens while engaging in meaningful discussions about self-care and personal growth. Teamraderie will provide a kit that includes a glass terrarium bulb, a succulent plant, and fun accessories. Together, you’ll learn about health and wellness, exchange self-care strategies, and showcase your creativity with a terrarium show-and-tell.

Please note that due to international restrictions on the shipping of live plants, all attendees located outside of the U.S. will receive the faux-plant version of the kit.

Danielle Schulz is a former professional ballet dancer turned wellness and team building facilitator. After a career at the Metropolitan Opera, she applied her distinct background to the corporate world. Danielle’s a certified yoga teacher, certified nutrition counselor, and former Ballet Beautiful trainer for celebrity clients. Danielle is passionate about bringing people together through unique experiences. Her mission is to bond communities in the virtual workplace while emphasizing individual health and wellness.
Jeremy DiAsio
Jeremy DiAsio has a passion for bringing people together and transforming teams into connected, high-performing units. As Teamraderie's Senior Manager of Experience and Creator Development, Jeremy serves as our lead facilitator, trainer, and architect of engagement. He has helped thousands of teams bond, communicate, and grow by blending his extensive hospitality background with cutting-edge team science and facilitation techniques. Prior to Teamraderie, Jeremy spent over twenty years in the hospitality industry, holding roles from barista to assistant general manager at one of Washington, D.C.'s top restaurants—an experience that refined his skills in leadership, service excellence, and human connection.
Kate Odegard
Kate Odegard is a consumer psychologist and experience strategist with a passion for creating meaningful connections through storytelling and immersive experiences. She studied psychology and honed her craft in improvisation at Chicago’s Second City, where she embraced the transformative 'Yes, And...' approach. Kate brings her expertise to help teams and brands craft memorable, engaging experiences that inspire collaboration and creativity.
