Common questions

Can I add or remove attendees after I reserve an experience?

Yes! When you reserve your experience, just enter your estimated number of attendees. Add or change attendee list at any time up to seven (7) days before the event.

How will my team be notified of the experience?

For all experiences, your team will receive a calendar invite with a meeting link. For kit-based experiences, your team also receives an email inviting them to share their preferred delivery address.

How are kits shipped to my team members?

Kits are shipped to arrive (typically, 1-3 days) in advance of the experience. Just after kits are shipped, your attendees receive an email with tracking information for kit-based experiences.

How are kits shipped that include alcohol?

Licensed third-parties (e.g., wineries, distributors) ship kits directly to you on Teamraderie's behalf.

How do we attend the Experience?

Join the meeting with the provided video link and watch as your team builds a connection that lasts.

How do I pay for the Experience?

You pay for your estimated number of attendees through our secure online checkout page. If you decide to add additional attendees or any special items to customize your experience, we will send you a final invoice for the amount due.
