The survey will record your name, email address, company and answers to survey questions.

You directly provide the data we collect.
How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can report aggregate metrics to your company on the frequency of different forms of collaboration. Your company may also share their aggregated results with other companies. The data will never be sold.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data at Amazon Web Services in the United States and Europe.
Our Company will keep your data until either (a) it is deleted in June 2027, or (b) when you ask us to remove your personal report. We will delete your data by removing it from all our data sources, log files and back-ups.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your responses. We may charge your company a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erase your survey responses.
