Pick this experience when…
You suspect AI usage is happening under the radar, but progress feels fragmented or stalled. You want to replace fear and hoarding with momentum and transparency, and shift from isolated wins to scalable innovation.
Your customers are thinking about AI, but each is facing a different barrier: fear, fragmentation, or stalled momentum. This shared session gives them a clear framework to activate teams, encourage experimentation, and drive visible progress.

What to expect during the experience?
Ethan introduces the Leadership Lab Crowd framework and shows how public incentives like cash, promotions, and CEO recognition encourage employees to share, not hide, their best AI-enabled ideas. Through case studies and interactive discussion, your team will explore how AI dissolves silos, enhances contribution, and improves outcomes across functions. You’ll leave with a 60-day “Incentive Challenge” playbook, a shared dashboard for tracking team experiments, and a plan to celebrate top contributors on a CEO-led follow-up call. The result is a clear path to accelerating AI adoption through positive pressure and collective accountability.
Ethan will guide the group through the Leadership Lab Crowd model, showing how public rewards and “safe to try” zones motivate employees to share AI breakthroughs. Through interactive discussion and case examples, each executive will apply the model to their unique context. Participants leave with a 60-day “Incentive Challenge” playbook, a team dashboard to track experiments, and a plan for CEO-led recognition to celebrate top contributors and reinforce progress.
