Working in small groups, participants will tackle an ambiguous problem that requires pooling diverse perspectives, forming a hypothesis, and designing a low-cost experiment under time pressure. As the challenge unfolds, your team will confront real decisions about what to test, what to ignore, and when to pivot or stop.
Through guided debriefs and discussion, participants will learn how disciplined experimentation accelerates learning rather than slowing it down. You will leave with clearer criteria for making decisions and one practical experiment your team is ready to run with greater focus and rigor.
