What to expect during the experience?
Francesca will guide your team through interactive role-play scenarios drawn from real-world leadership moments. Through small-group activities and debriefs, participants will practice adjusting their approach by choosing when to take charge and when to create space for others. You will explore how different leadership choices impact energy, ownership, and outcomes. The session closes with a personal reflection where participants identify one way they will adjust how they lead going forward.
