Tim is a visual thinking machine, as a designer for XPLANE over the last 10 years, Tim has inspired a cult following of doodlers, visual thinkers, and facilitators from all walks of life! In his role as Creative Director, Tim oversees nearly all of XPLANE’s projects, including strategy activation and process innovation work. His bigger than life facilitation style has helped broker alignment among even the most challenging of clients. He spends his days guiding XPLANE’s projects from initial idea to utter awesomeness.

With over 9 years in program management, instructional design, and facilitation, Tessa designs unique experiences that help leaders strengthen their connections and achieve their goals. Over the past few years, Tessa has grown her impact through extensive culture measurement and change work with a specialization in belonging, to build the type of communities that allow everyone involved to thrive and unleash their full potential. Tessa has served as a partner to global Fortune 500 companies and national brands helping to design and facilitate programs that strengthen employee engagement and drive change.

Nancy strives to bring clarity to chaos by strengthening processes and building organizational tools and resources. She leads XPLANE’s product development branch, creating new products, tools, and learning experiences. In her role as product manager for XPLANE, she developed a suite of innovative courses, including Strategy Activation 101, along with a robust product library of activation and change tools. As a program manager, Nancy has co-delivered in-person and remote client experiences from immersive installations, strategy sessions, and off-sites. Prior to XPLANE, Nancy led change efforts in the education space, she brings practical experience to her work supporting projects on vision, activation, product and process innovation.
