Your team is reviewing policies, scaling systems, or seeking to improve the effectiveness of current management practices.
You want to offer your customers a compelling, high-value session that helps them drive better outcomes through sharper thinking.

What to expect during the experience?
Pfeffer will lead your team in interactive exercises to examine real workplace practices, identifying hidden beliefs and comparing them to social science research. You’ll explore why common approaches to hiring, performance management, and recognition may not deliver the results you expect. Your team will leave with sharper critical thinking skills and actionable ideas to build a more evidence-aligned, high-performing organization.
Through interactive discussion and real-world examples, Pfeffer will help participants examine company policies and surface the unspoken assumptions behind them. From hiring and performance rewards to leadership behaviors, your customers will learn which practices are evidence-based and which are holding them back. They’ll leave with fresh insights, a stronger decision-making framework, and renewed clarity on what drives results in today’s workplace.
