Jeffrey Pfeffer is the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. An acclaimed author of 16 books, including ‘Power: Why Some People Have It—and Others Don’t’, ‘7 Rules of Power’ and ‘Leadership B.S.’, Pfeffer has also written over 160 articles and book chapters. He has taught at institutions worldwide, including Harvard Business School and London Business School, and has served on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards. Pfeffer is a Thinkers 50 Hall of Fame member, known for his expertise in leadership and evidence-based management, and has presented seminars in 40 countries.
