What to expect during the experience?
Francesca will guide your team through a structured review of your scan results and the research behind them. You will begin by building a shared understanding of the Innovation Culture framework and what each dimension represents.
Through guided discussion, your team will explore your results, identify areas of imbalance, and reflect on how those patterns show up in your day-to-day work. Francesca will help you connect your results to real team behaviors and outcomes.
The session concludes with a forward-looking discussion where your team will align on priority areas for improvement and preview the upcoming Teamraderie experiences designed to support your development.
