Your team is carrying too many priorities, getting pulled into nonstop urgency, or struggling to agree on what comes first. It is especially useful when priorities shift quickly or you need a shared approach for deciding what to take on and what to wait on.
What to expect during the experience?
You will begin with quick individual reflections to reveal how each person experiences competing priorities. Tim will then guide your team to define top filtering criteria to help determine what’s most important. The session closes with a team level 30-60-90 day alignment where you discuss how you will support each other to better prioritize and protect the plan as a team.

Tim is a visual thinking machine, as a designer for XPLANE over the last 10 years, Tim has inspired a cult following of doodlers, visual thinkers, and facilitators from all walks of life! In his role as Creative Director, Tim oversees nearly all of XPLANE’s projects, including strategy activation and process innovation work.
His bigger than life facilitation style has helped broker alignment among even the most challenging of clients. He spends his days guiding XPLANE’s projects from initial idea to utter awesomeness.
