Could your team play its way to better collaboration?
Thriving hybrid teams have at least three traits. First, they engage everyone. Second, they build and sustain trust. Third, they feel unified no matter how or where they are working.
In this Teamraderie experience, a Stanford University-based Education and Outreach and Diversity and Inclusion professional joins you live. Your team will participate in three interactive games – and reflect on learnings from each.
In the Gift Game, you will surface empathy as an important team trait and delight each other with engagement. In the Port key Game, you will build trust while learning new things about each other. And in the Knife & Fork Game, you will practice high-speed collaboration in progressively larger groups to discover ways to become unified and focused together.
This experience is recommended for any team looking for simple, effective games to play together that can be practiced on your own throughout the year.
You will be assigned one of our acclaimed creator hosts to lead your experience.
