Autumn Henderson has spent the last decade in the Food & Beverage industry. Working her way up from server to bartender to sommelier, she was most recently the beverage director for the most booked restaurant on Opentable in the world. She now works for a nonprofit helping poverty stricken individuals find jobs in the hospitality industry.

Jeremy DiAsio is a self-professed food and beverage enthusiast and a seasoned hospitality professional with decades of experience spanning chef, barista, server, sommelier, and assistant general manager roles. As Teamraderie's Senior Manager of Experience and Creator Development, Jeremy also serves as our lead facilitator, trainer, and experience architect, specializing in food and beverage-based team experiences. He combines his culinary expertise, hospitality leadership, and passion for team dynamics to craft interactive food and beverage experiences that foster connection, build trust, and create lasting memories for teams across the globe.

Sara is the Head of Education at Square Mile Coffee Roasters in the UK, a multi-award-winning coffee roasting company founded in 2008. With more than 10 years experience in specialty coffee, she runs the London-based Prufrock Training & Consulting, one of the world’s most acclaimed sources for coffee expertise. Sara is an Authorized Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Trainer and is on the Creators’ Group for the SCA Barista Skills module.

Brodie Vissers is a Canadian content creator, coffee consultant, and entrepreneur. Brodie has traveled the world tasting and making coffee. He spent a stint of time in China, where he studied both coffee and tea. Brodie’s mission is to empower coffee professionals across the supply network, inspire deeper connections with what we consume on a daily basis, and believes that coffee can be an incredible force for good through authentic storytelling and effective business strategies.
