He has helped thousands of teams bond, communicate, and grow by blending his extensive hospitality background with cutting-edge team science and facilitation techniques. Prior to Teamraderie, Jeremy spent over twenty years in the hospitality industry, holding roles from barista to assistant general manager at one of Washington, D.C.'s top restaurants—an experience that refined his skills in leadership, service excellence, and human connection.
