Led by a Harvard Business School doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior, this experience aims to develop skills in taking initiative and reaching alignment through an interactive workshop. During the experience, you will discuss the different approaches a leader can take to manage their power and participate in practice scenarios where you will take on the role of an NBA coach or a Pixar executive team. Through the use of breakout rooms and role play scenarios provided by Teamraderie, you will learn to successfully flex your leadership style to meet your team’s needs.

Grace Cormier
Grace Cormier is a Harvard Business School doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior who has spent the last decade researching what makes leaders effective.
Before joining HBS, Grace worked with Dr. Karen Reivich at University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center, helping develop and deliver large-scale resilience trainings to numerous clients, including international corporations, NBA teams, and the U.S. Army. Grace also was a researcher at Wharton People Analytics, where she worked closely with organizational psychologist and #1 New York Times bestselling author Adam Grant.
Grace also received her Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College.
