Do the world’s best managers empower their teams to make decisions? Or do they lead from in-front and bias towards ‘telling’ others what to do?
The answer is that great managers do both — but they are judicious about selecting the right leadership style for each context.
This Teamraderie experience is premised on an upcoming Harvard Business Review article on leadership styles – and the power of “flexing”. Under the guidance of Harvard’s Grace Cormier, you will uncover two different leadership styles and when and how to use them. Your team will be broken into smaller groups where you’ll play three games — one premised on real leadership challenges of the Golden State Warriors, one based on Pixar, and one as the CEO of a hospital. Through breakout sessions and role plays, you will learn and practice strategies to flex your leadership style.
Help your team develop their leadership styles. Empower your team, rethink, and become effective leaders together.
You will be assigned one of our acclaimed creator hosts to lead your experience.
