During the session, your team will learn and practice techniques such as flooding, marbling, and wet-on-wet decorating, turning each cookie into a creative masterpiece. Teamraderie will provide a kit complete with cookies, icing, and art sheets. As your instructor leads the festive, seasonal decorating experience, you’ll discover that while the techniques are the same, each cookie beautifully reflects the individuality and creativity of the decorator.

Born in the Philippines, he honed his skills in managing teams, and working at various hotels before discovering his true passion: pastry and baking. As the founder of WhiskPastryNYC, Michael specializes in creating stunning wedding cakes, artisanal breads, and delectable pastries with a Filipino-American flair. Committed to sharing his culinary knowledge, Michael strives to make all experiences accessible and enjoyable for all. Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, he'll guide you through the process with enthusiasm and expertise.
Jesebel Gumogda
Jesebel Gumogda is a pastry chef and entrepreneur who brings teams together through the art of dessert. As the founder of Pure Confections, she leads interactive baking experiences that inspire collaboration and creativity. Jesebel’s passion for culinary artistry and connection shines through in every workshop she hosts, leaving teams with sweet memories and stronger bonds.
Charlotte Mulligan
Charlotte Mulligan is an artist, musician, and avid hiker. She has a passion for bringing people together through art and nature. She studied neuroscience, psychology, and art at Pace University. In addition to her many interests, Charlotte has multi-year experience in the hospitality industry. Charlotte combines her studies and passions to help team’s unlock their own creative potential through artistic expression and unique art forms.
Jeremy DiAsio
Jeremy DiAsio is a self-professed food and beverage nerd and a hospitality professional with multi-decade experience ranging from chef to barista to server to sommelier to assistant general manager. After culinary school, Jeremy owned a spice company before moving to Washington, DC and taking the restaurant industry by storm. Jeremy’s passion lies in bringing people together through the world of food and beverage. He loves sharing the extensive knowledge he obtained through his diverse food and beverage experience.
