Your Team's Experience

Your team will receive elegant olive oil tasting kits. You will be joined live by an acclaimed producer of America’s top olive oils who will help you “follow the crush” and taste the full variety of oils.

Your team will discover the four “S”s – swirl, sniff, slurp and swallow – of olive oil tasting. You will do four exercises for each oil and you will “rank” the oils you taste.

You will compare tasting notes and rankings – and find you can collectively (and rapidly!) arrive at a language for characterizing something new.

You will be assigned one of our acclaimed creator hosts to lead your experience.

  • Craig Hiliker

    Sciabica Family’s California Olive Oil has been producing olive oil in California since 1936. Originally from Marsala, Sicily, the Sciabica family has passed down the knowledge of olive oil production for four generations. Craig Hiliker is a Certified Master Sensory Evaluator of Olive Oil (judge olive oil). He is also a Certified Master Miller of Olive Oil (make olive oil).
