Your Team's Experience

Today’s workforce is more polarized than ever before. One of the most difficult challenges leaders are facing is managing diverse perspectives. How can your team learn to embrace each others differences and turn conflict into advantage?

In this Teamraderie experience, your team will deep dive into the findings and frameworks of behavioral psychologists, Francesca Gino. Under the guidance of Harvard’s Grace Cormier, your team will discover the science behind conflict, 3 common myths that lead to bad advice for conflict resolution, and practice Francesca’s “I HEAR You” framework for signaling receptiveness.

Level up your team’s communication, learn to disagree better, and arm them with a toolbox to embrace future conflict.
