Danielle Schulz is a former professional ballet dancer turned wellness and team building facilitator. After a career at the Metropolitan Opera, she applied her distinct background to the corporate world. Danielle’s a certified yoga teacher, certified nutrition counselor, and former Ballet Beautiful trainer for celebrity clients. Danielle is passionate about bringing people together through unique experiences. Her mission is to bond communities in the virtual workplace while emphasizing individual health and wellness.

Dena Evans

Dena Evans is a seasoned facilitator with a passion for nurturing athletes of all levels. With a notable stint on the Stanford Track & Field/Cross Country staff, she earned NCAA Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year honors in 2003. Beyond coaching, Dena’s commitment to community wellness extends to expanding after-school fitness programs for girls in the Bay Area. As a Stanford alumna and former athlete, she now trains elite athletes for USA Track & Field, including top prospects for marathon and 1600m events.
