Sheri Bowen is a wine educator and leads hospitality and retail for Chateau Montelena Winery located in the beautiful Napa Valley. Chateau Montelena is the very same winery featured in the feature film Bottle Shock.
She has over 30 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, and winery operations. Her career has been focused on helping teams to connect with their goals through distinctive events that respect the significance and hard work of everyone involved.
Jeremy DiAsio
Lead Facilitator & Trainer
Jeremy DiAsio is a self-professed food and beverage enthusiast and a seasoned hospitality professional with decades of experience spanning chef, barista, server, sommelier, and assistant general manager roles. As Teamraderie's Senior Manager of Experience and Creator Development, Jeremy also serves as our lead facilitator, trainer, and experience architect, specializing in food and beverage-based team experiences.
He combines his culinary expertise, hospitality leadership, and passion for team dynamics to craft interactive food and beverage experiences that foster connection, build trust, and create lasting memories for teams across the globe.
